Cycling is an activity that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. It can be a great way to explore the countryside while getting a good work out at the same time. Just like swimming it is a low impact exercise unless you go off road or do mountain biking. As a predominately aerobic exercise (except for those hills) it burns a significant amount of calories and promotes your cardio-vascular fitness.
