Exercise4Life

Exercise4Life is a UK wide event which aims to improve the health of the nation through regular exercise. This event has grown from the Swim for Life challenge, the largest swimming challenge in the UK. Due to requests from our supporters, the event has evolved and now includes 8 exciting new disciplines of Cycling, Running, Walking, Dancing, Drums Alive, Swimming, Nordic Walking and Hula Hooping. This will allow many more individuals to discover the health benefits exercise can produce.

Aim of Exercise4Life - Help Save Lives

The aim of Exercise4Life is to get the UK moving, improving the population’s health through exercise. Sponsorship is therefore not necessary to enter. However, any monies raised are greatly welcomed by The WRIGHT Foundation Research, Reg. Charity No.SC037179. Your sponsorship money will enable us to continue research into the prevention and improvement of chronic medical conditions including heart and lung disease through activity and exercise. This research will help prolong and save the lives of people with Chronic Heart Failure and Cancer.
